sealed bids for the Saltese Road
Reconstruction Project. The
project consists of reconstructing'l
Saltese Road between Houk Road
and 24th Avenue with full depth
reclamation; cement treated base;
HMA paving;"storm tmproveinents;;
s fining; and other; related work,
all in accordance with the
Contract Provisions and Plans.

form shall make the bid non-
responsive and cause the bid to
be rejected.

not later than 10:00 a.m. PDT,

openings will be held immediately
thereafter and read aloud in theI

reserves the right to waive any
irregularities or informalities and
to reject any or all bids No bidder
may withdraw his bid after the
time announced for the bid
opening, or before the award and
execution of the contract, unless
the award is delayed for a period
exceeding sixty (609 days.
