COMMERCIAL BUILDING PERMIT REVIEW
This building permit review is intended to appraise you of the improvements (roadway, side-
walk, curb, stormwater, etc.) which must be constructed in association with your building
permit. This checklist will be filled out by the Engineer's staff and a copy will be
returned to yau at the time that the permit is in3tialed by the Engineering Departrnent.
All requirements shall be compieted prior to issuance of the building permit. Al1 un-

* All land within the Aquifer Sensitive Area, where deemed feasible by the County Engi-
neer, sha]1 incorporate stormwater treatment to mitigate the potential for groundwater
degradation. (See Guidelines for Stormwater Management 1981, Spokane Board of County
Commissioner's Resolution No. 80-1592, as amended.)
The purpose of flood hazard zone review is to minimize losses due to flooding in spe-
cific areas designated by Flood Hazard Boundary maps on file at the County Engineer's
Office. (See Spokane Board of County Commissioner's Resolution No. 81-0726, as
ainended. )
