Non -Significance (DNS) for this project.

SVMC Title 19 (Zoning), Title 21 (Environ-
mental Controls) and Title 22 (Development
Standards); and 2008 Regional Stomiwater
Manual are primary development regula-

17.80.060, the City of Spokane Valley
Community and Economic Development
Department shall be the decision -maker
on a shoreline letter of exemption. There-
fore, the proposal is not subject to a future
public hearing.
