Singe I cannot reach you by phone, I am writting in regards
to corrections to be made at B. 10711 47th. Avenue.
There are two problems with this residence:
1. Thera is • crack in the foundation well, located at
the badkeoff,tbe Bowe, which is not water -tight.
2. Also, the owner thinks that the bens in the basement
may be sagging. I can't check this as the basement has
saen ffnisb.4.
Would you pluse stop by end look at the house and discuss
these problems wit0.tbe owner. When the final Inspection is read/
to be made, cali`aa at 456-3675 before 10100 a.m.
