HAVE ACCEPTABLE GRADE AND ARE CLEAR AND UNOBSTRUCTED. SEWER LINES SHOULD BE CONSTRUCTED TO
ALLOW FOR GRAVITY FLOW FROM THE LOWEST LEVEL OF THE STRUCTURE.
