Comments were given to the applicant and the Department of Buildings by Bob Turner. 2. Please submit a drainage plan for the site that is in compliance with Spokane County Guidelines for Stormwater Management for any new hard surfacerl areas. a. Drainage calculations for stormwater volumes generated on site. b. Calculations for total impervious surfaces contained within the site. c. Finished grade elevations for structures to be constructed on site. d. Finished grade elevations at the top and bottom of the 208 swale. e. A typical cross section of the 208 swale. f. Calculations to justify the number and type of drywells proposed. g. Elevation of drywell inlets where applicable. h. Copy of the proposed landscape plan. v~Tote: metal roofs may be drained into dry wells. The existing 208 swale area does not meet current county standards. This must be improved to current county standards at this time, including. an irrigation system and the planting of sod. Please submit calculations on this and also verify that the existing 208 swale can also hold the additional drainage of the proposed. 3. Thirty (30) feet needs to be set aside along the south portion of the site for the ✓ future south valleY arterial (on 2nd Avenue). Please verifY this set aside on the revised site plans. 4. An Agreement to Pay Fees was given to the applicant during the meeting. The agreement is to be signed by the owner and returned to the Division of Engineering & Roads. The campleted fgrms are to be returned to the Fire District priar to release of the buildirig permit. The bvx shall be installed pnar ta occupancy. 3. The north wall must be one-hour constrraction with parapets and nv apenings. 4. Pleasc redesign the propased two-hour fire-resistive area separation wall so the roof structu~ systern is supported by ledgers or vther structural znethads independent from -the area separation wa11 so that in case of roof structural failure, the tw4-haur area separation wall will remain undarnaged. The front page (cover sheet) of the construction drawings shall contain, at a minimum, the professional stamp with an orieinal dated signature. This cover sheet shall include the building address, legal description and index of pages being submitted under the professional stamp. B. Permit Release Requirements 1. Two complete revised sets of plans addressing the items discussed during the meeting and other items from the plan rev:ew letter needs to be submitted for review and approval.
