and NO/l00 ($1,174.00) DOLLARS, convey(s) and grant(s) unto the CITY OF SPOKANE
VALLEY, a municipal corporation of the State of Washington and its assigns, the right,
privilege and temporary easement over,upon, and across the hereinafter described lands for the
purpose of sidewalk blending.
The temporary rights herein granted shall terminate on April 1st, 2018.

100, OPPORTUNITY, as per plat recorded in Volume "K" of Plats, page 20, records of
Spokane County; EXCEPT the North 5 feet thereof conveyed for Broadway Avenue No. 443
by Right of Way Deed under Recording No. 993704B; lying northwesterly of a line described
as follows:
Beginning at a point on the north line of said portion of Tract 100 Opportunity, lying 35.43 feet
east of the west line of said East 89.5 feet and 5 feet south of the north line of said Tract 100;
thence southwesterly 46.95 feet to a point on the west line of said East 89.5 feet lying 35.44
feet south of the north line of said Tract 100 and the Point of Terminus of said line, as shown
on Map E attached hereto and therefore made part of this description.
