Hearing Process and Appeals: The Hear- ing Examiner will conduct the hearing pur- suant to the rules of procedure adopted In SVMC Title 18 (Boards and Authorities). All interested persons may testify at the public hearing and may submit written comments and dopuments before or at the hearing.
