DESCRIPTION OF CHANGES
This Change Order pertains to: Schedule A-Sullivan Road West Bridge Replacement
South Swale(Swale"A")Revisions
Restoration of the south swale(Swale"A"),adjacent to the south overlook,is revised to include an automated irrigation system,and
lawn hydroseed mix. Washed river rock(2-inch depth)with black weed barrier and 6-inch plastic edging shall be placed along the
back side of the Sullivan Road sidewalk and southwest perimeter of the south overlook,as shown on Attachment A.1 -South Swale
(Swale"A")Landscape Plan. The dryland seed mix previously specified for the south swale is deleted.
Automated irrigation system shall be located within the permanent drainage easement acquired by the City. Irrigation system design
and construction shall be in accordance with Section 8-03 of the Specifications. Irrigation controller shall be located in a lockable
weatherproof cabinet mounted on the west side of the pedestal for the street and pedestrian lighting system service cabinet.
Electrical power for the controller shall be provided from existing 120 VAC ground fault receptacle in the street and pedestrian lighting
system service cabinet. Route power cable between cabinets through rigid metal conduit.
Five working days are added to the Contract time for this issue.
This change order will be effective only when fully executed by the Contractor and the City.
It is understood and agreed that this change order provides full and complete compensation to the Contractor both as to money and
time for all costs,damages and expenses arising out of,or incidental to,the changes to the Contract described herein,including and
and all delay and impact.
