DESCRIPTION)OF CHANGES
This Change Order pertains to: Schedule C-Work on State-Owned Lands
Signal Pole Extra Foundation Depth
The signal pole foundation depth shown in the Signal Standard Detail Chart on drawing Sheet TF-02 for a 3-foot round foundation is
increased from 9 feet deep to 13 feet deep.Payment for the additional 4 feet of foundation depth shall be made on a force account
basis in accordance with Section 1-09.6 of the Standard Specifications. Two working days are added to the Contract time to
compensate for the impact of this issue to the project critical path.
Sullivan Park Lower Parking Lot-Remove and Replace Unsuitable Material
The Contractor shall remove approximately one foot of unsuitable soil materials encountered beneath the Sullivan Park lower(south)
parking lot pavement restoration area and replace with granular rock material. Place geotextiie fabric over the unstable area and
place and compact the Imported granular material. Payment for removal and replacement of the unsuitable material shall be made on
a force account basis in accordance with Section 1-09.6 of the Standard Specifications. Two working days are added to the Contract
time to compensate for the Impact of this Issue to the project critical path.
Centennial Trail Realignment Phase 2•Contract Time Extension
Change Order No.11 for Phase 2 of the Centennial Trail realignment work was executed with the understanding that additional
working days related to that work would be addressed in a later change order. Thirty-one working days are added to the Contract
time to provide compensation for impacts to the project critical path schedule related to the Centennial Trail realignment Phase 2
This change order will be effective only when fully executed by the Contractor and the City.
It is understood and agreed that this change order provides full and complete compensation to the Contractor both as to money and
time for all costs,damages and expenses arising out of,or Incidental to,the changes to the Contract described herein,including and
and all delay and impact.
