Section I states that the dollar amount of the property tax increase over the actual levy amount fromthe
previous year shall be .0,00 which is a percentage increase of 0.0% Ii oirr the previous year; and that this
increase is exclusive of additional revenue resulting from new construction. Section 2. states that this
ordinance, along with a complete copy of the budget as adopted, shall be transmitted by the City Clerk to
the Division of Municipal Corporations in the Office of the State Auditor, and to the Association of
Washington Cities. Section 3 addresses severability,and. Suction 4 provides for an effective date.
