LEGAL NOTICE MICHAEL HUFFMAN being first duly sworn on oath deposes and says that he is the EDITOR of the Spokane Valley News Herald, a weekly newspaper. The City desires the COOP to ensure the City main- tains essential services and mission -critical functions during natural and manmade disasters (e.g. windstorms, fires, blizzards, floods, bombs) or global threats (e.g. flu pandemic). The Consultant shall provide a brief nar- rative demonstrating their approach to ac- complish the following tasks: 1) Conduct a City -Wide Risk Analysis; 2) Develop COOP; 3) COOP Compliance; 4) Plan Testing and Staff Training; 5) Ongoing Communications and Presentations.
