Development of Continuity
of Operations Plan
The City of Spokane Valley (the
"Cit)") is seeking a consultant to
assist with the development of a
comprehensive Continuity of
Operations Plan ("COOP"). The
City desires the COOP to ensure
the City maintains essential
services and mission -critical
functions during natural and
manmade disasters (e.g. wind-
storms, fires, blizzards, floods,
bombs) or global threats (e.g. flu
pandemic).
The Consultant shall provide a
brief narrative demonstrating
their approach to accomplish the
following tasks: 1) Conduct a
City -Wide Risk Analysis; 2)
Develop COOP; 3) COOP
Compliance; 4) Plan Testing and
Staff Training; 5) Ongoing
Communications and Presen-

responses no later than 4:00 p.m.

4:00 p.m. on November 16, 2017
shall not be considered by the
