UABILITY EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS
1. No guarantee is given nor liability assumed with respect to the validity, legal effect or priority of any matter
shown herein.
2. The Company's liability hereunder shall be limited to the amount of actual loss sustained by the Assured
because of reliance upon the assurance herein set forth, but in no event shall the Company's liability exceed
the liability amount set forth above.
3. This guarantee is restricted to the use of the Assured for the purpose of providing title evidence as may be
required when subdividing land pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 58.17,R.C.W., and the local regulations
and ordinances adopted pursuant to said statute. It is not to be used as a basis for closing any transaction
affecting title to said property.

The Border Easement as shown hereon are hereby granted to
Spokane County and its authorized agents, and to the public for
road purposes, including but not limited to curbs, sidewalks,
drainage, signage, and other usage deemed necessary by the
Spokane County Engineer for the safety and welfare of the Public.
No fence or portion thereof will be constructed within said
easement without permission of the Spokane County Engineer, nor
will any objects be placed in said easement that would obstruct
the sight distance necessary for safe and efficient vehicular
movement. Any other easements granted or dedicated within this
Border Easement area will be subordinate to the rights created by
this easement and are subject to Spokane County Engineers permit
process prior to usage.
