Herald, a weekly newspaper. That said newspaper is a legal newspaper and it is now and has been for more than six months prior
to the date of publication hereinafter referred to, published in the English language continually as a weekly newspaper in Spokane
County, Washington, and -it is now and during all of said time was printed in an office maintained at the aforesaid place of

Planning Division has reviewed the proposal
and has determined that the project N cate-
gorically exempt from environmental review
under the provisions of the State Environ-
mental Policy Act (SEPA) pursuant to WAC
197-11-800 and Spokane Valley Municipal
Code (SVMC) Section 21.20.040.
Applicable Development Regulations:
Chapter 4 of the City's Comprehensive
Plan, SVMG Title 19 (Zoning Regulations),
SVMC Tile 20 (Subdivisions), SVMC Title
22 (Design & Development Standards),
Spokane Valley Street Standards, the
Regional Stormwater Manual, the Sewer
Construction Ordinance, and the Spokane
Regional Health District regulations are the
primary development regulations applicable-
tothe site. •
Public Hearing: Pursuant to SVMC
17.80.060, the Planning Division shall
be the decision -maker on the proposal.
Therefore, the proposal is not subject to a
future public hearing.
