Marketing Program
The City of Spokane Valley seeks a
full-service marketing and cam-
munications firm to implement its
marketing program to help the
City fully recognize its marketing
goals and objectives in the areas
of community engagement,
tourism attraction and economic
development. The marketing
program should target prospec-
tive businesses, developers,
tourists and area residents. The
RFQ is available an the City's
website at www.spokanevalley.org
under Public Notices. Deadline for
submittal of Qualifications is 4:00
PM (local time), Friday, January
19, 2018. Submittals received
after this time will not be
accepted. Any firm responding to
the RFQ should deliver seven
copies of its proposal to the City
of Spokane Valley c/o Deanna
Horton, 10210 E. Sprague Avenue,
Spokane Valley, Washington

language, in and of general circulation in the City of Spokane County, Washington;
and in the City of Coeur d'Alene, Kootenai County, Idaho; that said newspaper
has been so established and regularly published and has had said general
circulation continuously for more than six (6) months prior to the 23rd day of
July, 1941; that said newspaper is printed in an office maintained at its
place of publication in the City of Spokane, Washington; that said newspaper
was approved and designated as a legal newspaper by order of the Superior
Court of the State of Washington for Spokane County on the 23rd day of July,
