Herald, a weekly newspaper. That said newspaper is a legal newspaper and it is now and has been for more than six months prior
to the date of publication hereinafter referred to, published in the English language continually as a weekly newspaper in Spokane
County, Washington, and it is now and during all of said time was printed in an office maintained at the aforesaid place of

Division has reviewed the proposal and has
determined that the project is categorically
exempt from environmental review under
the provisions of the State Environmental
Policy Act (SEPA) pursuant to WAC 197-11-
600 and SVMC Section 2120.040.
Applicable Development Regulations:
Chapter 4 of the City's Comprehensive
Plan, SVMC 011019 (Zoning Regulations),
SVMC Title 20 (Subdivisions), SVMC 11110
22 (Design 8 Development Standards),
Spokane Valley Street Standards, the
Regional Stormwaler Manual, the Sewer
Construction Ordinance, and the Spokane
Regional Health District regulations are the
primary development regulations applicable
to the site.
Public Hearing: Pursuant to SVMC
17.80.060, the Planning Division shall
be the decision -maker on the proposal.
Therefore, the proposal is not subject 16 a
future public hearing.
