MAY BE YOUR ONLY OPPORTUNITY TO
COMMENT ON THE ENVIRONMENTAL
IMPACTS OF THE PROPOSED PROJECT.
A copy of the subsequent Threshold deter-
mination for the proposal may be obtained
upon request.
Existing Environmental Documents: The
applicant submitted a completed Environ-
mental Checklist for the proposed prelimi-
nary plat pursuant to WAC 197.11-315.
Applicable Development Regulations:
SVMC Section -19.70 (Residential Zones),
Title 20 (Subdivisions), Section 21.20 (State
Environmental Policy Act), Section 21.40
(Critical. Areas) Section 22.130 (Streets,
Sidewalks and Public Places), the City
of Spokane Valley Street Standards, the
Spokane Regional Stormwater Manual,
and the Spokane Regional Health District
regulations are the primary development
regulations applicable to the site.
Public Hearing: The long plat action Is
subject to a public hearing. Separate public
notice of the scheduled public hearing date
and time will be conducted.
