You are hereby notified that you are allowed to construct a maximum six (6) foot high fence along your rear property line abutting Bradley Road pursuant to Section 14.810020 (Fences) [see attached] of the Spokane Valley Interim Zoning Code. In addition, you are allowed to construct a maximum six (6) foot high fence along your side property lines abutting the lots immediately north and south of your property. Pursuant to Section 14 810.020 of the Spokane Valley Interim Zoning Code, any fencing within the required front yard setback of your property (i e. twenty-five foot wide section measured from your property line at Dora Road back into the property) is height limited. In this instance, the maximum height of fencing within this setback area is three (3) feet high if it is sight-obscuring (e.g. cannot be seen through such as wood or vinyl fence) and four (4) feet high if it can be seen through (e g. cyclone fence).
