The Grantor(s), PINECROFT, LLC, a Washington limited liability company, for and in
consideration of TWO THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED AND NO/100 ($2,900.00) DOLLARS,
convey(s) and grant(s) unto the CITY OF SPOKANE VALLEY, a municipal corporation of the
State of Washington,the right,privilege and temporary easement over,upon,and across the hereinafter
described lands for the purpose of construction access,a staging area and temporary construction. Said
lands being situated in the City of Spokane Valley,Spokane County, State of Washington,and described

The City of Spokane Valley(City)shall defend,indemnify, and hold the Grantor harmless from
any and'alirclaims;injuries;damages, losses, or suits including attorney fees, arising out of the •
negligent conduct of the City in performance of the activities or operations performed by the

negligence of the Grantor.
