LEGAL NOTICE MICHAEL HUFFMAN being first duly sworn on oath deposes and says that he is the EDITOR of the Spokane Valley News Herald, a weekly newspaper. The repair will occur et three sites and will include the removal and replacement of asphalt; the removal and replacement of crushed stone top course; the excavation and removal of unstable soils; the replace- ment of side slope embankment with quarry spalls, quarry rock, and rip rap; and the installation of an 18 -inch culvert.
