testify at the public nearing and may submit

at the hearing. The Planning Commission
may limit the eine given to speakers. The
Planning Commission will lorward a recom-
mendation on the request to the Spokane
Valley City Council.
Stan Report and Inspection of File: Astatt
report will be available for inspection seven
calendar days before the hearing. The staff
report and application Iile may be inspected
at the Community and Public Works Depart-
ment,located at the Spokane Valley City
Hall, 10210 E. Sprague Ave., between
8:00 am and 5:00 pm, Monday -Friday,
