EARLY START/FAST TRACK PERMIT APPLICATION
~1,1ey Indestmenta has submitted to Spokane County,
plans for construction of their facil3ty, located at N. 930 LSke Rd * •
Application is being made for an "Early Start/Fast Track Permit" which would
allow construction of that facility.
The property owner should be advised that as part of this construction
program, Spokane County may be requiring certain roadway improvements to
Lake Rd. & DeSri AV@.and specific on- and off-site drainage plans, more par-
ticularly described in Board of County Commissioner's Resolution No. 82-1592.
The property owner hereby acknowledges by their signature to the "Early Start/
Fast Track Permit" that they are aware of the conditions on this property for
roadway improvements and assvciated stormwater drainage facilities and that
those improvements and facilities must be constructed and/or bonded prior to
the isauance of an occupancy permit for their facility. The undersigned owners, their heirs, successors or assigns hereby release
Spokane County, and all its officers, employees and agents from any responsi-
bility or liability whatsoever to the hereinabove described lands and improve-
ments thereon as a result of allowing an Early Start/Fast Tract Permit to be
issued on the property.
These requirements are and shall run with the land and shall be binding upon
the owners, their heirs, successors or assigns.
