The Grantor(s), Pineview Enterprises, LLC, a Washington limited liability
company, for and in consideration of TWO THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED SIXTY ONE
($2,261.00) AND NO/ DOLLARS, convey(s) and grant(s) unto the CITY OF SPOKANE
VALLEY, a municipal corporation of the State of Washington and its assigns, the right,
privilege and temporary easement over,upon,and across the hereinafter described lands for the
purpose of sidewalk blending.
The temporary rights herein granted shall terminate on June 1St, 2018.
Said lands being situated in Spokane County, State of Washington, and described as
follows:

See Exhibit A attached hereto and made a part hereof.
It is understood and agreed that delivery of this easement is hereby tendered and that the
terms and obligations hereof shall not become binding upon the City of Spokane Valley unless
and until accepted and approved hereon in writing for the City of Spokane Valley, by and
through its authorized agent.

That portion of Tract"A", of Spokane County Short Plat 86-474,recorded in Volume 5,Page
17,records of Spokane County, lying southwesterly of a line described as follows: Beginning
at a point on the south line of said Tract "A" 25.85 feet east of the southwest corner; thence
northwesterly 41.28 feet to a point on the west line of said Tract "A" 24.81 feet north of an
angle point on said west line and Point of Terminus of said line as shown on Map C attached
hereto and therefore made part of this description.
AND
That portion of Tract"A", of Spokane County Short Plat 86-474,recorded in Volume 5, Page
17, records of Spokane County, lying southeasterly of a line described as follows: Beginning
at a point on the south line of said Tract "A" 25.26 feet west of the southeast corner; thence
northeasterly 41.70 feet to a point on the east line of said Tract"A"25.32 feet north of an angle
point on said east line and Point of Terminus of said line as shown on Map D attached hereto
and therefore made part of this description.
