Notice is hereby given that the
City of Spokane Valley, Spokane
County, Washington will accept
sealed bids for the Pines Rd.
(SR 27) and Grace Ave.
Intersection Safety Project. The
project will add an additional
paved lane on the east side of
Pines Road. The work includes
road, sidewalk and curb work;
storm drain work; construction of
retaining walls; hot mix asphalt
patching; pavement marking;
landscaping; temporary traffic
control and other related work. A
Condition of Award contract DBE
goal of 0% has been established
for this project.
