We are complying with the following: 1 . This is going to be for a warehouse type occupancy only. 2. Yes, the west wall will have the studs at 16 inches on the center and 5/8 inch type "X" drywall will. be substi- tuted for the proposed 1 /2 inch type "X" drywall to main- tain a one-hour fire rated assembly. 3. The critical materials list has bean submitted for your review. 4. Yes, exit doors will be openable from the inside without the use of a key or any special knowledge or effort. 5. No persons will be employed , therefore this does not apply. 6. 2 x 6 x 16 Fur and Large No. 1 & 2 7. Truss diagrams have already been furnished. 8. This warehouse is not to be heated . 9. We will comply with the drywall nailing and it will be according to UBC Table 47-G. 10. This warehouse will not have automobiles stored in it.
