RE: Warehouse Addition
Spokane Industrial Park
Dear Bobby:
Rev.4i.ew comments from the various departments have been given back to
me ~y the contractor, Leo Grogan. I have addressed those concerns in
this letter and on the revised drawing. Explanations by department
are as f ol lows :
Building Department
1. A door opening has been provided for exiting from the new
addition to the existng warehouse.
Engineering Department
1. See the small scale site plan, drainage notes and floor plan
for drainage information. All 1208' areas 3nd drywells are
existing and have been previously approved for existing hard
surfaces. The new asphalt area is indicated with spot
elevations showing drainage towards the existing '208' area
affected by it, along with existing spot elevations, existing
bottom of swale elevation and existing top of lid elevation.
Calculations have been provided showing that the additional
asphalt area can be easily accomodated by the existing 1208'
area.
2. All parking stalls are existing approved.
3. All landscaping is exisitng with no new required or proposed.
Pla::ni^g Lepartment
1. Dimensyons to the addition are shown on the revised site plan.
2. Building coverage has bEen provided in the zoning information
~ • ~
Planning Department - continued
3. Building height was previously indicated in the zoning
information
4. Al1 parking on site is existing and has been illustrated on the
revised site plan for the building with the additon. No
additional stalls are required by this addition.
5. Any traffic control devices or signage is existing, with no new
proposed.
6. Existing exterior storage area has been shown on the revised
site plan.
Fire Department
1. A Knox Box will be provided for emergency access as required by
the Valley Fire Department
