Task 7-Update Traffic/Safety and ICA Memos and Document Responses to WSDOT
Fehr & Peers will update the Barker Road/BNSF Grade Separation Consolidated Traffic & Safety Analysis
Memo and Intersection Control Analysis Memo based on feedback received from WSDOT. Fehr&Peers will
document all responses in a separate matrix. To provide consistency with the larger Barker Road/BNSF
Grade Separation project we will use the same response matrix used for other documents as part of that
project. Fehr&Peers will coordinate with WSDOT as needed to clarify their comments.
Deliverables: Updated technical memos summarizing traffic/safety analysis and ICA.As well as documented
responses to all WSDOT comments to both memos.
