Dear Mr. Hill:
The City executed a License Agreement for provision of radio control car facilities at
Sullivan Park for the public on October 15, 2014, by and between the City of Spokane
Valley, hereinafter "City", and the Radio Control Car Club of Spokane, hereinafter
"Contractor" and jointly referred to as "Parties."
The original Agreement states that it was from date of execution through December 31,
2017, with one optional two-year term possible if the parties mutually agree to exercise
the options each year. This is the one optional two-year extension that can be exercised
and runs through December 31, 2019.
The City would like to exercise the 2018-2019 option years of the Agreement. The
history of the annual renewals, including dollar amounts, is set forth as follows:

All of the other contract provisions contained in the original Agreement shall remain in
place and remain unchanged in exercising these option years.
If you are in agreement with exercising the 2018-2019 option years, please sign below to
acknowledge the receipt and concurrence to perform the 2018-2019 option years. Please
return two copies to the City for execution, along with current insurance information. A
fully executed original copy will be mailed to you for your files.
