A parcel of land for right-of-way purposes, within a portion of Lot 1, Block 8 of the Plat of
Hutchinson's Addition within Section 18, Township 25 North, Range 44 East, Willamette
Meridian, City of Spokane Valley, Spokane County, Washington, filed in Volume"Q" of plats at
Page 4; more particularly described as follows:
COMMENCING at the 1/4 Section corner common to Sections 17 and 18 of said Township and
Range monumented with a mag nail and 2 inch diameter aluminum washer marked"T-O ENG,
PLS 46153", from which the Section corner common to Sections 7, 8, 17 and 18 of said
Township and Range monumented with a cotton gin spike and a 1 1/2 inch diameter brass
