A review of the road, drainage, or site plan for the above-referenced building permit has been
accomplished. Areas of concern to the Spokane County Engineering Department are indicated
in red on the attached plan set and calculations marked "ORIGINAL°. Please make the
corrections and re submit them to the Building Departrnent in order that the review process
may proceed. Highlight all changes to the resubmitted plans and include the comment mark-
up copy with them.
Please note that the plan set and calculations marked "ORIGINAL" are official public documents
and must be returned with the revised plans and calculations. Review of the revised plans will
not proceed until the 'ORIGINAL' set is returned to the County.

Approach Permits are required on all new approaches as well as all
approaches that will be altered. Contact Sylvia Lightfoot at the
County Engineer's Department. Approach permits for county roads
will not be issued until a site plan is approved.
Provide contours or sufficient spot elevations to check site
.grades. One-percent is the minimum requirement without special
construction requirements by a licensed engineer.

Coordinate the landscape plan with the site plan.
Provide widths of all curb openings. '
List size of downspout pipes to swale.
Enlarge swale "c" 2 feet, as shown on plans.

Correct the swale cross section to be min. slope of 3:1.
Submit a bond in the amount of $2,600.00.
