1. The development as proposed has no road or storm drainage requirements
from the County Engineers. This lack of requirements is based upon the
assumption that construction and maintenance access will be through the lease
properfy, and not through the residential area off Skyview.
Should the scope of the project increase significantly in size or change in nature
to bring up new points of regulation, further review will be necessary and
requirements mcy result.
In summary, the following items must be received and approved prior to the County
Engineers releasing their porfion of the permit: .
