I. PROCEDURAL MATTER:
On January 26, 2018, the Hearing Examiner Pro Tem entered written Findings of Fact,
Conclusions of Law, and Decision("decision") in the above-referenced file number. The decision
contains certain scrivener's errors, which should be revised as follows:
1. Page 1, Finding of Fact#1: In the first line, change the date "October 18, 2018"to "October 18,
2017."
1 Page 8, Finding of Fact#49: In the first line, change "the City of Spokane Valley's Engineering
Department" to "Spokane County Environmental Services."
Good cause exists to correct the scrivener's errors.
II. ORDER:
It is hereby ORDERED that the Hearing Examiner's written decision of January 26, 2018, in the
above-referenced matter be revised as set forth above, to correct the scrivener's errors described above.
The deadline for appeal of the decision, as revised, is the same as for the original decision,
February 19, 2018.
On January 29, 2018, a copy of this order and the pages of the decision revised by this order will
be mailed to Applicant and to all government agencies and persons entitled to notice under SVMC
17.80.130(4).
