THIS AMENDMENT No. 1 is made to the Agreement for Professional Services dated October
20, 2008 by and between the City of Spokane Valley, a code City of the State of Washington, hereinafter
"City" and Gavin Associates hereinafter "Consultant" and jointly referred to as "parties."
Pursuant to Sections 1 C and 18 of the Agreement, the parties hereby agree to increase the
contract amount for final inspection and reviewing services. A summary of these
modifications is as follows:
Original Contract Amount $ 28,500.00
Amendment Amount $ 1,962.50
Amended Contract Amount $ 30,462.50
The remainder of the Agreement will remain unchanged by this Amendment.
