January 18, 2017, approving a preliminary subdivision and a rezone for the subject
property, and imposing a variety of special development conditions including but not
limited to the following:
1) This lot shall not take access to Indiana Avenue. If access to Indiana Avenue is
taken, then full frontage improvements or plat alteration approval is required.
Frontage improvements are to be constructed per Spokane Valley Street
Standards. Plat alteration approval is pursuant to Spokane Valley Municipal Code
(SVMC) Chapter 20.50 (Preliminary Plat, Short Plat, and Binding Site Plan
Alterations).

Release of this Title Notice can only be accomplished through the authority of the City of
Spokane Valley Community & Public Works Department or its successor by recording of
a "Title Notice Extinguishment" based upon a finding that such release should occur.
