Description of Work
Construction Phase: Participate in a maximum of eight project site visits with the Project's contractor and/or subcontractor(s)to
generally review the progress of construction to see if the work completed is generally consistent with the intent of the Landscape
Architect's Construction Documents. Review required submittals,including materials submittals,shop drawings and samples to
determine if they conform to the Specifications.Closeout Phase:Prepare final punchlist and review record drawings for accuracy;
prepare a back check report on final completion of the work.
The Local Agency of City of Spokane Valley
desires to supplement the agreement entered in to with SPVV Landscape Architects
and executed on 9/12/2017 and identified as Agreement No. 17-111
All provisions in the basic agreement remain in effect except as expressly modified by this supplement.
The changes to the agreement are described as follows:

Section 1, SCOPE OF WORK, is hereby changed to read:
The Scope of Work is amended to include the following work: Construction phase: Participate in a maximum of eight project site
visits during construction,and review submittals,shop drawings and samples to determine if they conform to Contract Provisions.

Section iV,TIME FOR BEGINNING AND COMPLETION, is amended to change the number of calendar days
for completion of the work to read: No chance

Section V, PAYMENT,shall be amended as follows:
New Maximum Payment=$27,871.54
as set forth in the attached Exhibit A, and by this reference made a part of this supplement.
