being the owners of the following described lands in consideration of mutual benefits
to be hereafter derived do for themselves, their heirs, grantees and assiqns, hereby

Join and participate in the foriTiation of a County Road Iniprovement Dis-
trict (RID) pursuant to RCW 36.88, at such time as a district may be
formed or any Road Improvement Project sanctioned by Spokane County, which
involves the lands herein described. The owners, their heirs, and assigns
further agree not to oppose or protest any legal assessments for said Road
Improvement District (RID) established pursuant to RCb! 36.88.
It is further agreed that at such time as an RID is created or any Road
Improvement Project is sanctioned by Spokane County, the improvements
required (curb, sidewalk, drainage control and paving to existing pave-
ment) will be at the sole expense of the undersigned owner, their heirs,
grantees and assigns.
