The costs of maintEnance ana ir�roveinents of the road service shall initia�.ly be k�orne by Hern�ance anc3 Hennance and Ir�uk and Co'oourn on an equal Yaasis Herman shall be exempt from any costs of such initial maintenance or improvements. At s�lch tir�e as HerTn�n s�lall sell, assign, transfer, or in any maliner eonvey his interest in the property which they currently owrl, as described above, the n�w owners sh�ll be responsiUle for a pro rata cost of any anc� all improvements from the date of conveyance and tllereafter on a pro rata basis. Calculation of pro rata basis shall be determined at the rate the frontage feet oF tlie owners' property relates to the total frontage feet of th� raa�l surface that has been improved or rnaintained C. The cr�int�nance and improv�nents conte.r�lated by t�lis Agreem�nt shall eonsist of but 210t Y.� limited to the follawing 1. Grading anc�/or leveling of the road surface; 2. Graveling of the road surface; 3. Snow removal anc� other winter ti.me maintenance as necessary; 4. Providing the necessary drainage which may the installation of dry wells or other county approveci drainage systems; This Agree.ment do�s not conte��late that the road surface w�uld be paved. In t}ze event that paving is conte�nplated for the road surface, this Agreecnent shall riot be bincling upon any of the �arties as it relates to the paving of the road surface.
