LEGAL NOTICE MICHAEL HUFFMAN being first duly sworn on oath deposes and says that he is the EDITOR of the Spokane Valley News Herald, a weekly newspaper. That said newspaper is a legal newspaper and it is now and has been for more than six months prior to the date of publication hereinafter referred to, published in the English language continually as a weekly newspaper in Spokane County, Washington, and it is now and during all of said time was printed in an office maintained at the aforesaid place of publication of said newspaper, which said newspaper had been approved as a legal newspaper by order of the Superior Court of the State of Washington in and for Spokane County. The proposal is enlarging the current sub- station perimeter by continuing the existing CMU wall around an area of 21 feet by 27 feet 4 inches. Location of Proposal: Parcel number 45133.0522; addressed as 404 North Sul- livan Road; located at the northeast comer of Valleyway Avenue and Sullivan Road; further located In the NW 'A of the SW % of Section 13, Township 25 North, Range 44 East, Willamette Meridian, Spokane County, Washington. Applicant: Doug Gehring, Power City Electric; 3327 East Olive Avenue; Spokane, WA 99220 Owner: Vera Water and Power; 601 North Evergreen Road; Spokane Valley, WA 99216 Environmental Determination: A Deter- mination of Non Significance (DNS) was made pursuant 10 WAC 197-11-340(2) using the optional DNS process. There Is no further comment on the environmental determination. Approval Criteria: Spokane Valley. Mu- nicipal Code (SVMC) Title 19 (Zoning Regulations), Title 20 (Subdivisions), Title 21 (Environmental Controls), and Title 22 (Design and Development Standards); the City of Spokane Valley Street Standards; the Spokane Regional Stormwater Manual; and the Spokane Regional Health District regulations. Hearing Process and Appeals: The Hear- ing Examiner will conduct the hearing pur- suant to the rules of procedure adopted in SVMC Title 18 (Boards and Authorities). All interested persons may testify at the public hearing and may submit written comments and documents before or at the hearing. Any appeal of the Hearing Examiner's decision is based on the record established before the Hearing Examiner, pursuant to SVMC 17.90 (Appeals). All hearings are conducted in facilities that are accessibleto persons with physical disabilities.
