2018, 07-20 RFP Towing Agreement relating to City-Owned Property (S/R)REOUEST FOR PROPOSALS CITY OF SPOKANE VALLEY Towing Agreement Relating to ' City -owned Property Notice is hereby given that the City of Spokane Valley, Spokane County, Washington, will accept submittals for the Request for Proposals (RFP) regarding a Towing Agreement Relating to City -owned Property. The City of Spokane Valley is seeking an agreement with a towing business to provide towing services from many -City -awned properties through this RFP. All responders must be located in the City of Spokane Valley and have a valid City endorsement. Copies of the RFP may be obtained by contacting Deanna Horton, Spokane Valley Building Division, at 509-720-5301 or dharton@sookaneval lev.org, Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Proposals must be addressed to Deanna Horton, 10210 E. RFPs will then be evaluated on agency history, qualifications and experience, employee qualifications and experience, recommendations, proposed costs and fees.
