mination for the proposal may be obtained

SVMC Title 19 (Zoning Regulations), Sec-
tion 21.20 (State Environmental Policy Act),
SVMC Title 22 (Design & Development
Standards) and Section 22.130 (Streets,
Sidewalks and Public Places), the City 1
