ronmental review under the provisions of the
State Environmental Policy Act (SEPA).

SVMC Title 19 (Zoning), Ttle 20 (Sub-
divisions), and Section 22.130 (Streets,
Sidewalks and Public Places), the City

regulations applicable to the site.
Public Hearing: Pursuant to SVMC
20.60.030 the City Manager or designee
shall be the decision -maker on the proposed
final short plat alteration.
