St. Paul and Pacific Railroad right-of-way and east of the Final Plat of Leatha Lane Addition,
filed in Book 9 of Plats at Page 18, Spokane County Records, more particularly described as
follows:
Beginning at the northeast corner of said NE1/4; thence along the east line of said NE1/4,
S00°00'00"E 1,337.18 feet to the southeast corner of said NE1/4; thence along the south line
of said NE1/4, also being the centerline of 4th Avenue, N89°47'43"W 838.60 feet to its
intersection with the projected east line of said Final Plat of Leatha Lane Addition; thence
leaving said south line and centerline of 4th Avenue, along said projected east line,
N00°00'31"E 20.00 feet to a point on the north right-of-way line of 4th Avenue, being the TRUE
POINT OF BEGINNING; thence continuing along said projected east line and the east line of
