The Spokane Valley Lodging Tax Advisory
Committee (LTAC) was established by the
Spokane Valley City Council (Spokane
Valley Municipal Code 3.20) in accordance
with state law, to advise and recommend 10
the City Council how excise faxes on lodg-
ing collected in Spokane Valley should be
allocated in order to best increase tourism
in the City. The purpose of this Request
for Grant Proposal is to solicit proposals
from those non-profit and municipal agen-
cies which encourage tourism in 2019 In
Spokane Valley. Each entity responding
should develop projects which meet require-
ments and increase tourism in the City of
Spokane Valley.
