MICHAEL HUFFMAN being first duly sworn on oath deposes and says that he is the EDITOR of the Spokane Valley News
Herald, a weekly newspaper. That said newspaper is a legal newspaper and it is now and has been for more than six months prior
to the date of publication hereinafter referred to, published in the English language continually as a weekly newspaper in Spokane
County, Washington, and it is now and during all of said time was printed in an office maintained at the aforesaid place of

Approval Criteria: Spokane Valley Munici-
pal Code (SVMC) Title 20 (Subdivisions),
Title 19 (Zoning Regulations) and Title
21 (Environmental Controls), the City of
Spokane Valley Street Standards; the
Spokane Regional Stormwater Manual;
and the Spokane Regional Health District
regulations.
Hearing Process and Appeals: The Hear-
ing Examiner will conduct the hearing pur-
suant to the rules of procedure adopted in
SVMC Title 18 (Boards and Authorities). All
Interested persons may testify at the public
hearing and may submit written comments
and documents before or at the hearing.
Any appeal of the Hearing Examiners deci-
sion will be based on the record established
before the Hearing Examiner, pursuant to
SVMC 17.90 (Appeals). All hearings will be
conducted in facilities that are accessible to
persons with physical disabilities.
Environmental Determination: A Mitigated
Determination of Non Significance was
made pursuant to WAC 197-11.340(2).
The appeal period for the MDNS expires
October 12, 2018.
Stall Report and Inspection of File: A
staff report will be available for inspection
seven t7) calendar days before the hear-
ing. The staff report and application file
may be inspected at the City of Spokane
Valley Permit Center, located at the City of
Spokane Valley City Hall, 10210 E Sprague
Ave, between 8:00 am and 5:03 pm, Mon-
day -Friday, excluding holidays. Copies of
documents will be made available at a rea-
