DESCRIPTION OF CHANGES -
This change order revises the barb wire fence replacement at 17803 E Mission Avenue from a WSDOT Wire Fence,Type 2
with 4 strands of barb wire to a modified WSDOT Wire Fence Type 1. The bottom of the Type 1 fence has 36 inches of
wire mesh. The Type 1 fence is modified so that the top will have two strands of plain wire instead of barb wire.
