VOLUNTEERS WANTED:
Salary Commission Members
The City of Spokane Valley seeks
members to serve on an
Independent Salary Commission,
the purpose of which is to review
and establish the salaries of the
Mayor and the Councilmembers.
The committee will consist of five
members. The term of appoint-
ment is one year. Member
qualifications include: U.S.
citizenship, registered voter in
Spokane County, and a resident of
the City of Spokane Valley for at
least one year. Commission
members serve without
compensation. Appointments to
this Commission are scheduled
for the October 23, 2018 Council
meeting. The first meeting of the
Commission shall occur no later
than November 12, 2018;
members will also be responsible
for filing a report of their
recommendations by January 21,
2019. If you or someone you know

Court of the State of Washington for Spokane County on the 23rd day of July,
