The lead agency has determined that this proposal does not have a probable sig- nificant adverse impact on the environment. An Environmental Impact Statement (EIS is not required under RC W 43.210.030(2)(c). This decision was made after a thorough review of the completed environmental checklist and other information on Ike. Approval Criteria: SVMC Title 19 (Zon- ing Regurations), Title 21 (Environmental Controls), the City of Spokane Valley Street Standards, the Spokane Regional Storm - water Manual; and the Spokane Regional health District regulations. Hearing Process and Appeals: The Hearing Examiner will conduct the hearing pursuant to the rules of procedure adopted in SVMC Tale 10 (Boards and Authorities).
