The City of Spokane Valley reserves
the right to waive any irregularities or
informalities and to reject any or all bids
for good cause. No bidder may withdraw
his/her bid after the time set for the open-
ing thereof, unless the award of contract is
delayed for a period exceeding forty-five
(45) calendar days.
