The purpose of the public hearing is to receive public testimony on proposed amendments to the Spokane Valley Municipal Code 19.70.050, spe- cifically 19.70.050(G): In mixed-use zones, "projects with residential components, shall provide 210 square feet of open space per dwelling unit conforming to the requirements of SVMC 19.70.050(F)." The proposal is to delete SVMC 19.70.050(G) and the 210 square foot open space require- ment. The public hearing will be held in City Council Chambers, 10210 East Sprague Avenue.
